Marketing strategy for people who help people.

I help therapists, practices and wellbeing brands turn clinical expertise into clear, ethical marketing strategy — so they can grow their reach and their client base without compromising the values at the heart of their work.

About

Two backgrounds, one point of view.

I'm Jen. For over 15 years, I worked in strategic marketing roles across major professional services and global firms — leading campaigns, building positioning, and translating complex offerings into messaging that lands.

More recently, I trained in an integrative approach at the Metanoia Institute in London, drawing on person-centred, Gestalt and transactional analysis frameworks. That training changed how I think about marketing for this sector specifically. Plenty of people who'd genuinely benefit from therapy never quite get there — and I don't think that's only about access. A lot of it comes down to how therapy gets talked about, or doesn't, and whether someone reading it can tell, in the first few seconds, that this is somewhere safe to reach out to.

I now bring both sides together — corporate-grade strategic thinking, applied with genuine care for the ethical and clinical context this sector works within. I'm currently taking on a small number of clients as I build out this practice, and I'd love for you to be one of them.

Who I work with

For therapists and practices, first and foremost.

For solo practitioners and small practices who want their marketing to sound like them — clear and trustworthy, not clinical or salesy. That's where my current work is focused, and where I'm putting my full attention as I take on my first clients.

I also work with agencies and wellbeing brands on a smaller, by-arrangement basis — get in touch if that's you.

How I help

Strategy-led — with content support to match.

Marketing audits

An outside, expert view on what's working, what isn't, and where to focus next — delivered as a clear, actionable document. No jargon, no filler.

1

Strategy & positioning

Clarifying who you help, what makes your approach distinct, and how to say that simply — messaging frameworks, brand voice guides, and campaign strategy.

2

Content creation & scheduling

Blog posts and social content built from your own ideas and voice, or a polish pass on what you've already written — with scheduling handled as an add-on.

3

Ongoing advisory

Light-touch, regular strategic input as you build out your own content and presence — a monthly call and review, rather than a production retainer.

4

Content work typically follows an initial strategy or audit engagement, so what gets published is grounded in the right positioning before it goes out into the world.
